What are the components of the filter air resistance test bench?
Test bench components: power cleaning part, aerosol generator part. This aerosol generator can continuously and stably generate DEHS particles (particle size range 0.3-3 μ m). The particle counter part uses a dedicated particle counter fixture and structure independently developed by SuXin, with a sampling flow rate of 2.83L/min and a particle size range of 0.3 μ m-10 μ m. The material of the Huazhenghe pipeline is randomly selected from 304 stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust.. In terms of structural design, consideration has been given to how to facilitate pipeline replacement (when testing filters of different sizes) and other flow monitoring parts. The flow monitoring part uses a V-cone flowmeter for flow detection and differential pressure monitoring. The imported DWYER electronic differential pressure sensor is used for differential pressure detection. The flow control part uses an electric regulating valve to achieve automatic flow adjustment.
