1. Correct installation method of mass flow meter
The structure of mass flow meter includes sensor, chain sock thermal element, mass flow controller regulating valve, and amplification circuit. It measures the mass flow rate of gas by measuring the thermal conduction distribution effect of changing the temperature distribution of the measuring capillary tube through the transfer of heat from the fluid. Amplify the flow signal measured by the sensor, compare it with the set voltage, and drive the regulating valve through the difference to achieve closed-loop control of the flow rate, making it equal to the set flow rate. When connecting the mass flow meter to the pneumatic circuit, different materials of pipe fittings can be selected according to requirements, such as metal pipes, plastic pipes, etc. The default connection form for LF series gas mass flow meters and flow controllers is double card sleeves, with a connecting pipe size of Φ 6. The wiring plug adopts DB9 pin socket, and the wiring method is shown in the figure. The signal 0V and power ground (0V) are connected inside the flow controller, and the "Earth" is the grounding wire of the casing, which should be connected to the metal shielding mesh of the control cable.
